A proposal has been made to modify some sections of the Constitution and By-Laws. In accordance with our Constitution and by-Laws, every member must be given an opportunity 14 days prior to a monthly meeting to read these proposals, and be prepared to have a discussion during the January meeting.  The membership vote is a requirement to accept these modifications.
